The Oval is a cash preferred venue. There are no ATMs on site. All food, beverage, and merchandise outlets accept EFTPOS and tap and go payments.

Yes, Transport Canberra often operates special event shuttle buses from major bus interchanges (including Belconnen, Gungahlin, Civic, Woden, and Tuggeranong) directly to Manuka Oval. Please check the Transport Canberra website for routes and schedules for your specific event.
E-scooters can be ridden to the oval, but they must be parked in designated Community Drop Off Zones. They are not permitted inside the oval.
We are committed to providing an accessible experience. This includes accessible car parking, unisex accessible toilets, passenger lifts to all levels, wheelchair-height water fountains, and dedicated wheelchair and carer seating.
Parents and carers are welcome to nurse in any public area where they feel comfortable. Breast pumps are permitted. For those seeking privacy, our first aid rooms can be utilised.
Fully trained service dogs are most welcome at Manuka Oval. If the handler is comfortable, the service dog can sit underneath their seat. An option to purchase a “Carer seat for additional space for the service dog may also be available.
A wide variety of food and beverage outlets are situated throughout the oval, offering options to cater to various preferences and dietary needs, including gluten-free and vegan choices.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are only permitted in clearly marked designated smoking areas located outside the main bowl of the oval, away from busy thoroughfares. It is strictly prohibited in seated areas, concourses, and enclosed spaces.

A lost property register is maintained by oval management. Please contact the oval directly for assistance with lost items. While we do our best to reunite lost items with their owners, we cannot accept responsibility for lost property.
Events may be subject to cancellation or alteration due to extreme weather conditions or other factors beyond the venue s control. Refund policies will vary depending on the event promoter s terms. Patrons with reserved seating are required to remain in their designated seat regardless of wet weather.

Wheelchair accessible reserved seats and lift access is available in the Bradman Stand. Seating in the outer ground is on the Concourse level only. When inside the venue, please see a customer service representative if you require further assistance.

Pass outs are permitted but you must ensure that you either have your ticket scanned out or a pass out issued. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to re-enter the venue.

The venue works with our catering partner The Northbourne Events Group (NEG) to ensure we have a variety of food and beverage options available from bar and food outlets in public areas. There are also hospitality offerings including exclusive dining, open boxes and catered seats as well as lounge and cocktail functions.

Prams and strollers are permitted into the venue, however must be positioned in a way which doesn’t block aisles, seating or egress.

Manuka Oval is SMOKE and VAPE FREE for all events at the venue. Smoking and vaping is PROHIBITED within the entire venue, with designated smoking & vaping areas outside the entry gates.
The no-smoking-or-vaping policy will be monitored and enforced by Event Staff, Customer Service and Event Security.

All patrons entering Manuka Oval must have a ticket, however children under 4 years are entitled to enter the ground at no charge and must be seated on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Patrons purchasing a ticket at the concession rate are to provide the appropriate concession documentation at the ticketing booth or at the turnstile, when purchasing tickets in advance. If relevant concession documentation cannot be provided, a concession ticket will not be sold or allowed entry into Manuka Oval.
